I just found out about Joe's passing 10 minutes ago. My deepest condolences to Joe's Family. Joe was a longtime friend. I took him to lunch just last Thursday. I am shocked and saddened, but happy that I saw him in good spirits last week. I will miss you Joe. Ed DeFilippis
