Not sure what to say?

I just found out Joe died four years ago! I am so sad!! He was my boyfriend in high school. He was AN VERY EXCELLENT HUMAN BEING! I met with his beautiful wife Karen and him on a visit a number of years back. Our last text was two weeks before he died. Back in Hall High days, we shared a love of poetry, we saw B. B. King together (wow!) as well as Andres Segovia (wow!). He, Kroop, Kennedy & Mary helped me survive junior year in high school. Blessed be his beautiful memory.

My Sympathy for Joe, my dear friend from South Library, with whom I shared the problems of the life in U.S.A. I can give a concert and play (Chopin in his memory) when Librarian Mary will call me

I am another library patron from South Windsor who wanted to leave a message. I would use the computer whenever I needed something printed, and whenever I couldn't get a document to print, (and sadly that was a frequent occurrence for me; still is), Joe was always there to help me in his quiet way. What a gentleman he was! I only found out about this today, and wanted to add my condolences. He will be missed.

Joe was truly an asset to the library and community. Knowledgeable and helpful, he was always ready with a smile and a kind word to offer assistance. Thank you, Joe. You will be missed.

So very sorry for your family's loss. Joe was a lovely, patient man who was always helpful, gracious and kind when I had questions. He also welcomed a Chamber of Commerce group of business owners for an orientation of library resources. The community will miss him too. Thank you for his years of service.

Our Condolences!! SWPL Patron

Joe will be so missed at the library by everyone. He patiently taught me how to use a computer 20 years ago. We got caught in the old elevator for 15 min.....I thought we were going to die and he said he was sure the doors would open soon.....and they did!

So so sorry for Joe´s passing. He was such a warm and friendly collègue. I worked part time for one year at South Windsor Children´s Library. He welcomed me and talked to me a lot at lunch time or when I visited the adult Dept. He was so interested about the story of my immigration to US and my native country. He had so much knowledge of European and Middle Eastern culture. I learned a lot from him. He will be missed.

I have fond memories of Joe from King Philip and Hall High. We spent a lot of time listening to music and hanging out. z'l
