The whole Hekimian family loves Joe. We feel for you, his family. So tough to deal with. Last time I saw him I teased him about his pocket protector full of pens. He joked, "what am I? I'm an engineer, right?" Yes, that and much more!

Uncle Joe, what can I say about this man. He was such a caring and giving man. In the few yrs (10 or so) that I knew him, he always gave to others before himself. He was so very happy to be married to a very special woman (Nancy) and now he is where he is supposed to be...with Nancy, brother George and other brother Allen. Heavan just got another Angel to watch over us all. Love and miss you, Tom and Brenda Pecar

Joe was a "Clydes" regular, member of the family, like Cheers. I saw him most days (at least once) and he always had a smile and a God Bless for me. We often passed each other on the stairs, coming and going, and I already feel his absence. At the same time, I know he is where he wants to be, wih his Nancy and his God. I hope that he is happy and that he is still smiling!

Dearest Joe,
It's still hard to accept the fact that you are no longer with us. My heart is happy knowing that you are back in the arms of your beloved Nancy. In these trying times I will cling on to all of the loving memories I have of you both. There aren't to many people in the world like you. That's why it hurts so much. You prayed for me more than I did myself. Always greeting me with hugs and kisses and showering complements. I will try my best to live up to the woman you saw...
