Much missed neighbor - Always there - even before you needed help. On snowy days/nights in Palisades Park, when we all came out to shovel - Determined Joe (with snow blower) made sure others were ok before heading back to his own home. Now, I'll just have to see him in my imagination on future snowy days. The street is empty without him -- (and Gianna.)
