Joe and I worked together since the early 90's. Joe was an incredibly talented man! Joe was The Wedding Planner and decorator for several weddings in my family! All I had to do was tell Joe what colors and he would show up with everything he had at home in those colors. All of the weddings were fabulous! Calvin and Mr and Mrs Penley and all family members, I am so very sorry for your loss. Joey was always special to me as he was a dear friend as we grew up together and though we lost touch for awhile, when we reconnected so many years ago it was as if no time passed between us. Joe always had the most positive outlook on life, and great sense of humor, about himself as well as others. Somewhere in my sisters photo albums, is a picture of Joe at a Halloween party ( in the mid seventies) dressed as Daisy Mae, complete with denim short-shorts, midriff top and blond wig! And southern drawl! Joe was always the life of any party!

A very unique person has left a void in this world and in so many hearts this day with his passing.
