Not sure what to say?

Joe, it was a pleasure to play with you. Your quiet skill and stellar musical taste added so much to the band, and you will be greatly missed. I am glad we connected down here in Florida. Save us a place at that jam I expect you'll be hosting.

I am so sorry for your loss and am holding your family in the light. I worked with Joe as he established the Florida Policy Institute and his wonderful work lives on at FPI. He was a pleasure to work with and left an indelible mark.

I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Joe was a great friend and excellent band member. I shall miss my Foy brother

Mady and family, our prayers are with you in this terrible loss. Joe was pure class, dedicated, loyal and a wry wit. His efforts and deeds will live on in the lives he touched and the policies he implemented. God bless you all, Mike and Katie Conners

Very sorry for your loss, Mady. Sending prayers.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. May the Lord be with you and comfort during this time.

My sincerest condolences to the Pennisi family upon the loss of your beloved Joe. I was a colleague of Joe, when we both worked for the City of Albany in NYS. Joe will be remembered as a brilliant and loyal public servant who always got the job done. Rest well, Joe, your contributions made the world a better place.

What a beautiful tribute to Joe. He had such a rich life and such family love. I know he will be missed by all.

Dear Mady. Wishing you and your family peace at this difficult time. You and Joe were such a lovely couple as "kids" way back in the day and made a wonderful life. May his memory be as a blessing.
