To the family of Joe Perkowski~
My Name is Doris Port (Murawski), I used to be the Executive Vice President of US Federal Credit Union's fridley brancd. I was deeply sad to hear about the passing of my good friend and old office buddy. He was so good to me, and everyone who knew him. He was always so loved, and will be deeply missed. I will tell you that I was diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gehrigs Disease, 5 years ago, so I understand what it's like to fight a battle of illness.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. I had the privilege to work with Joe as the Executive Secretary at US Federal for several years before he retired. I will always admire his leadership and compassion for others.

I've known Joe for 30 years and admired his many professional accomplishments during that time - CEO of one the largest credit unions in Minnesota, Chairman of the Credit Union National Association, Chair of the World Council of Credit Unions, Chair of the Minnesota League of Credit Unions, director and treasurer of U.S. Central CU, and a list that continues on..... I won't forget the enjoyment...
