Not sure what to say?

I came across Joe's email today in my contacts and am saddened to learn he passed away. He had a wonderful zest for life and was passionate about supporting teachers. He was a good person. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Joe’s passing. He was a very nice man and my daughters, Lauren and Amy Caputo had him as a teacher. Their dad, Michael Caputo was happy n Unico and we had many fun times. May he rest in peace.

In addition to being a great leader in education, Joe knew how to enjoy life with good food, spirits and friends. I hold many fond memories from our union president days. My heart felt condolences to Joe´s entire family. Peace and strength, Rachel

Our deepest sympathy to the Pesavento Family on your loss... my prayers and thoughts are with you .

With our sympathy and in our prayer....John and Betty Depew

My regards to the family. I want you to know how much I cherished joe during the 15 years we worked together at the teacher center. He was a wonderful guide for me as president of the policy board from the time I was hired. Toward the end of my career, he became a valuable coworker. Throughout he was a tried and true friend, someone I cared for very much. Please know how much I will miss him.

We were very sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. He devoted many years of his life for our rights and well-being.we remember also the good times: successful contracts, a great sense of togetherness and comradeship, and parties at the Marlo and the Ship. I have had a wonderful retirement thanks to Joe´s efforts and I am so sorry he did not have a great retirement also.Rest In Peace, Joe

Sincerest Condolences to all who loved and will miss Joe.
