Not sure what to say?

Rest easy, Uncle Joe.
Jan, Jay, Joel, peace and love from your cousin,
Gary Green

I had the rare pleasure of meeting Mr. Pevney several times when I used to regularly visit Palm Desert. I met him through another Old Hollywood person. He took one look at me and proclaimed, "great face". It always made me wonder if I should have pursued a different career. It just goes to show you how one person can leave a lasting memory. He was a nice man and as I later found out, a great director of some of the best TV shows. Rest In Peace, Joe.

I was saddened to hear of Mr Pevney Passing. i will miss his stories. My heart goes out to his wife and family

My condolences to the Pevney family and their loss of a wonderful man and great talent. I never knew Mr. Pevney personally but his television work was a huge influence on my life while growing up. I still hold certain ideals high that I encountered through those television episodes.

Jan and Jay - I'm saddened to learn of your father's passing. I worked with him on a Startrek episode - and at the time did not know he was your father. I remember how nice he was to everyone on the set and made me feel very special - it was my first day.

Jan,
So sorry for your loss. Please contact me so we can talk for real.

Jay,

Very sorry to hear about your Father's passing. Hope all else is well with you.

Take care,
Tom
