Next month will mark 37 years since Pastor Phillips married my wife Brenda and I. He came to us while I was still a child, and he always projected an image of Godly Confidence. Over the years while serving our country and building careers he always found timeto welcome us back. He cared for our immediate and extended family and never shied away from speaking the truth. I always admired this man of God and will miss him greatly!
