Not sure what to say?

There is just no way to express how much Joe will be missed. He was a very dear friend to all of us in the Webb family and the entire neighborhood. May God please remember and reward him for the saint he was here on earth.
Bruce and Dottie Webb

Our deepest condolences to the Pipp family. Joe will be missed by his neighbors I’m sure. A wonderful man that exemplified the word ‘community’. Always there to run an errand, snow blow a widows walk or rake a yard. Quietly being a good Samaritan to our mom, Ethelyn Webb, Joe carried her garbage and recycling to the curb each week, and shared the fruits of his garden. We will miss his cheery greeting when we return ‘home’ to Foote Avenue to visit mom.

My thoughts, heart & prayers are with all of you. The memories of all the good times we had with your whole family.....I wish I could be there with you now. Love to all.

May eternal peace be yours. Thank you for stopping to visit me on your car trip through the west. I so enjoyed sitting by the fire and getting to listen to so many things I did not know. I remember after our trip to Ireland you stopped by and brought a set of glasses to my father. He had admired them but didn't buy them. He said ," What's this for Joe? Thanks!". You said," Because you're my friend, Bill!". It meant a lot. Thanks for the cookies, the tomatoes and the gift of yourself. You will...

With deepest sympathy for your loss.

A strong feeling of sadness at losing such a great friend. Memories
of Joe and Holla are fresh after 25 years. May you reunite in the Hereafter and have peace and beauty together.

With much love to follow Joe to Heaven and embrace he and Holla as they are reunited in God's presence. And with deep love to Holly, Michael, Kevin and Tim -- my arms are around you!

Love to my godfather Joe, with prayers that his peaceful faith will soften the blow for my cousins and all of his many family and friends.

We wanted you to know how much we care. Please know that we are here for you.
