Read MoreI worked with Joe as an Auxiliary Police Officer from 2003-2005. He always had something nice to say when we saw one another and was very supportive and encouraging as a senior officer. I always enjoyed working my assignments with him. The Parma Auxiliary will definitely feel his absence. My thoughts are with his family and friends and the PPD Auxiliary Unit.

Joey was my brother in law and a true friend as well. His passing has had a profound effect on all of us, both family and friends, and will continue to for the rest of our lives. I think we could all take a lesson on how to treat others by just remembering how Joey treated all of us so well. God bless.
