So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Joe served as Chairman on the Richland County Transit Board and was very involved in the process of creating the first city bus garage in Mansfield. The building opened August 15, 1990 and Joe was the main speaker. I learned many things from Joe over the years of his leadership on the Board. He was a great man. I will miss him very much. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
