Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Joe´s Ice Cream on Geary and 18th Avenue. I would go to a movie at The Alexandria Theater, walk across the street to Joe´s and then back home to 725 18th Avenue. God bless you all for creating a wonderful experience. I remember the boys growing up...I live in San Diego now and am still longing for your Irish Coffee ice cream

My husband Ray Bush worked for D&M in the mid 80´s, until his wine career took him on a slightly different path when Harvey Steinman noticed him and offered him a job at the Wine Spectator. We were always grateful for the experience and exposure working at the store provided. Spending New Years at the shop and having dinner at the home in Novato are two cherished memories. My condolences to the Politz family, especially Mike.

I am so sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. On or around 1967, Larry Ferrari, Ed Escobar and I used to deliver for D&M liquor. Back then we were 16-17yrs old. It was a great experience to work for Joe and the store. I am now 76yrs old and still visit the store. Rest in Eternal Peace Joe. You are sorely missed
