Not sure what to say?

Dear Betty and Family,

Peggy and I were saddened to read of Joe's death in your church newsletter. He was a good and generous man, and your family was a joy to me while serving as your pastor for 14 years. We will keep you in our prayers. May God's sufficient grace be your strength and stay in these days of grief. He has left you and us many happy memories which will bless our lives forever.

Joe was a true friend to me for 27 years and I will miss him. He was a tower of strength and an inspiration as he fought his final battle. May he rest in peace.

Dear Betty,
George, Nancy ,and I deeply regreat the loss of Joey. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. I remember many family reunions that Joey attended but especially the last one on Hilton Head where he cooked hotdogs and hamburgers. What a fun time we had. It seems like just yesterday.

Nancy, I was so sorry to read this sad news in the Chronicle online. I lost my brother very suddenly in April, so I know the sadness you are going through.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you and the rest of Joe's family.
With love from an old friend from ARC,

Betty, it is with great regret that I heard that Joe has passed for I know that he will be missed by all that have had the pleasure of his laughter. He fought a long and valiant battle and I know you fought beside him. My best wishes to you in the future.

Dear Betty,
I was sorry to hear about Joe, just know that you and the girls are in my prayers and heart. May God give you strength and keep you through this day, the months and years to come. Love alway

Betty, my thoughts are with you - as they have been throughout this long and painful time. Please know how much I care.

Dear Betty & Family:
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
