Mr. Procopio was born on May 2, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. Mr. Procopio was a resident of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Joe was educated in Mount Carmel schools. He was married to Kathleen. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Thursday December 22 at 11 AM from Saint Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions in Joe's name to Missionaries of Charity 538 W. South St. Mahanoy City PA 17948 would be appreciated by the family.
