Tennie -- My family and I send you all our deepest condolences. I was honored to represent Joe (and you) on the Garland City Council these last 4 years. I appreciated the opportunity to visit with you extensively at your home and at MPNA meetings. I was grateful for the chance to help out whenever I could. I remember how Joe's eyes would light up when we talked about his beloved pickup truck. He was a good ol' Garland guy, just the salt of the earth. I will miss him until we meet again...
