Joseph L. Ramsey Sr.

I decided to look Mr Ramsey up today. He was my principal at Aberdeen Elementary, 5th grade, 1989. I am now 43 years old and never forgot him. He was there when I won the school spelling bee and when I competed at the city bee. I lost but him and my teacher, Mrs. White, took me out to pizza and had the whole school lined up in the hallways when we got back to the school, cheering for me even though I didn't win.
