Andy and Shirley Roberson, Jay has been our neighbor since 1994; what a great guy; always there to help in any way he could for Oakcrest homeowners; and in the Oakridge neighborhood where Jay walked everyday for so many years. We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jay. We lived a few streets over from Jay. He was always willing to help those in need. It was a true blessing and honor to have known Jay. He always had a smile on his face and had such a warm heart. We will miss him a great deal. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jay's family.
