Dear Cheryl and family, I was one of the O.T.'s that worked with Joe at home for therapy. I was very saddened to hear of his passing and I wanted to offer my condolences. As we are here, miles apart from those in Bay City, our sorrow is no less. Joe was a neighbor, a friend, a fellow fan, and most of all, one of the most giving people I've ever known.
