My Dear Friend, Joe.. You will be missed!

23 years ago, at an "after-party" you hosted for your Birthday, I was lucky enough to meet you and Jim.
After years of Monday Night Cards, M-W-F SoloFlex nights, Thanksgiving Dinners, many other (MAGNIFICENT) dinners, Sci-Fi movies, Star-Trek episodes and hours of laughter in New Hampshire, I followed you to Florida and continued sharing the joys of life as a Friend-of-Joseph-Real with you.

Joe's Profile on a Sunny Day

If tears could build a stairway
And memories were a lane,
I would walk right up to heaven
To bring you home again.
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.

Uncle joey i may have only met you once or twice when devon and i were still just little kids... but i do remember you!! the laughter and fun you shared... time goes by... but theres not a day that will go without out someone somewhere thinking of you and remembering the good times...

Today I looked up at the sky and it was beautiful and I realized it is because you are there. Now you fly with the Angels my dear friend and some day I shall meet you there. Although for now we are apart I want you to know you have left your footprints on my heart. I will never forget the last moments we shared as God took you in his care. Why you chose me I do not undestand but I kept my promise to hold your hand. I will relive that moment forever more but I want you to remember I LOVE YOU MORE!

As every day goes by I still cannot believe that your gone, I miss you so much && wish that I could have seen you that one last time, not a moment passes when your not with me uncle Joe, I love you so much words can't express...your dogs are going to be very well taken care of, you have no more worries now and no more pain. On your birthday were going to your favorite place to celebrate your life && I know you'll meet us there. I love && miss you so much Uncle Joey!

Those we love remain with us
For Love itself lives on.
And cherished memories never fade
Because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart.
Those we love don't go away.
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near.
Still loved, still missed and very dear

Condolences and prayers to the family
