I met Joey during his highschool years. He was always such a polite young man, had much respect for others. Whenever he was over the topic of his grandmother came up. You could tell he loved her very much. This is such a tragic event. May memories of the time you had with him help you to endure the days ahead. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jan and Joe,
I'll always remember "Joey" from Shore Haven Junior Baseball. He was a great young man, someone who always gave 100%. His sense of humor was contagious, he was a very special person. I know it's of little solace at this time, but take pride in the fact you raised a son who touched so many lives in so many ways and left a lasting impression on all who met him.

Joey has and always will be my second father. He's been a shining star in my life. He's made everyone laugh and smile no matter what kind of mood they're in. He's a family man, a beautiful person that was taken away way way way too soon. I will treasure every single moment I've had and will never forget that beautiful smile and laugh he has. Joey I love you so much never ever forget that. I know you're looking down on all of us. Wendy and girls I'm here for you no matter what. Day or night....
