Not sure what to say?

I knew Joe at U Wisconsin where we were on the same floor of the grad residence. My memories of Joe from 55 yrs ago make me smile. In 2015 I tracked down Joe and we shared a number of interesting emails. The world has lost a wonderful, interesting, caring man. I am sure that Joe's special talents have made a difference for his thousands of students. If only the world had more joe's Pat Edwards from Toronto

What great memories from BS Troop 205! Joe was such addition to the multi-talented leadership during my son Justin's time there!

I am sorry to learn of Joe´s passing. He was a kind, competent and ethical person. I will be out of town on the 20th, but all of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Helene, I am so sorry to hear this sad news! My sincere sympathy to you and your family.

Helene, I am sorry to hear of your husband's passing.

Helene, So sorry to have heard about Joe's passing. He was always so patient with my struggle to speak French properly. He will be so greatly missed at Alliance Francaise events.

So very sorry, Helene, to hear of Joe´s death. He was always a ready smile and friendly chat when we´d see him on campus or around town - and an interesting person. He was a real asset to the Western and Kalamazoo communities. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies on the loss of your lifelong partner and friend. Donna & Chuck (Kaminski & Bentley)

Au revoir, mon ami. You will be sorely missed by those of us who so enjoyed your presence, your laughter and your erudite mind.

I learned about the departure of Dr. Joseph Reish to the heavenly abode last evening. The news shaded me with unfathomable grief and speechless at such a great personal loss. I am practically frozen with sadness. Dr. Reish was a very unique extraordinaire, always kind, generous, meticulous in his language and manners, and certainly dressed for every occasion. He was a joy to be with and had a pleasing happy-time aura around him. He was dedicated to his family, very kind and generous to...
