Joseph E. Repichowski

Rep was truly one heck of a guy. We worked together in Santa Fe AASF. He was the aviation maintenance supervisor and I was a wet behind the ear kid that he took under his wing. He significantly contributed to the man I turned out to be. His mentorship, friendship, and most certainly his sense of humor is something I will always treasure. My kids know the name Rep! I knew Rep from my time in the NM Guard 1993-2003. He was just a good guy and there aren't many of those around these days. Very sad news.

Eight years ago, I purchased a home next to Joe, Lera and John, not knowing what an adventure it would be! Joe became a best friend in a short period of time. I will miss his wisdom, laughter and knowing looks after a good joke, the driveway banter, the driveway beer with cookouts and old time country & western music playing in the background. He waved at everybody who either walked or drove by and he always said, "I love you" with a hug when leaving your presence. I will not forget you...
