Joe was a giving person and was easy to like. He was very knowledgable yet had a great sense of humor. He entertained our group with a dog show, with good witted discussion, and enjoyed handing out many of his famous grilling kits (we all need to add that garlic to life and to food!). Joe attended the last A1 Beer Collectors trade session at Picacho Peak 4/6/03 and took care of the cooking and preparation of the brauts and dogs and brought bags of chips from his friends at Poore Brothers. Joe was, without a doubt, one of the most giving people I have ever met in my life. If ever you needed something, Joe would go out of his way to provide. He loved cooking and he shared his talents by preparing many meals for all of us at Springs Electric often.
