Not sure what to say?

I remember the Riggs family by the wonderful Italian mealtimes by brother, Phil would talk about. I respected Joe and Elsie so much for their close family and the wonderful sons they raised. My sympathy goes out to Byron, Vincent and Elsie. He was a good man. Sincerely, Linda Shively Paul

I remember Joe as a very caring man. He and my father were close friends while my father and Joe were on the police force in Denver. His family lived just up the block from our house in Park Hill.
Our family here in Phoenix, AZ. wish to send our sincere sympathy to his family.

Louis Huttenhow and family.

We were very saddened to hear that Joe passed away. I have known Joe and his family for most of my life as Joe was my accordian teacher and close family friend and has always been a part of my life. Our hearts and prayers go out to Elsie, Vincent, Byron and all of the family. He will truly be missed.
Marilyn & Jim Goldammer (San Diego, CA)

All of us in the Cohen family remember Joe with much affection. I'll bet Joe is playing the accordian and Dad is singing along with him. Two National Guard buddies who remained friends for a very l-o-n-g time.

Our sincere prayers and thoughts go to all the Riggs Family members. We knew Joe Riggs when he was with the Denver Police Department and working at St. Anthony's Hospital as head of security. Eileen knew him from his trips to the Retired Senior Centers to entertain the residents. He always had a kind word when you would meet him in the community plus receiving a red and white mint candy. We are proud to say we shared in the celebration of his life and services to the Denver and Metro...
