I want to say that for the time that I have heard of him, I heard that he was a nice guy and a wonderful father. He will be missed and always remembered.

The Sunbelt family has just learned of Joe's passing. He was with us for many years and even though he had retired many years ago, his name still came up in conversations more often than not, usually starting with "remember Joe?" He will be remembered for a long time to come and will be missed.
Condolences to the family.
