Prayers of peace and comfort to Joann and all the Roach family. I worked with Joe at Amber Booth and have many fond memories. They all bring a smile. That was Joe. When he was in the room, everyone had a little more joy and the outlook was all the brighter. Joe was a humble hero. Remembering his smile and celebrating his life.

Marilee, Missy and Joann, My prayer is with you and your family at the passing of your beloved Joe. Long-ago memories of being with Joe and the family are fond ones for me. May you find peace and comfort as you celebrate Joe's life.

So very sad to learn this news. I just happened to see Allan's post on Facebook. The Bowmans are heartbroken that they cannot attend the service today. Much love and peace to Joann, Marilee, and Missy. Fran Bowman

I had always heard such great stories about Mr. Roach from my father who went through 12 grades of school with him. Meeting sweet Marilee and her husband so many years later, I was finally able to meet him when he came to visit Fredericksburg. I was able to visit with him for some time at my fathers funeral. What a great gentleman he was. My condolences to the family.

Pat and I express our sincere sympathy to the family. As a down the street neighbor growing up, there was something about Joe Roach that captured your interest and attention. He was a compassionate, caring, direct, funny, loving, concerned and always in the know. The Joann and Joe team were a power couple in the witness of Christ, Family and friends. Plumb St was a better place with his presence and he influenced me the teenage kid and it was good. To all the family, prayers at this time...

I have known Joe since I was 5 years old and Melissa and I started kindergarten together. There are so many wonderful memories of Joe and JoAnn. They both had a huge impact on my life. Joe was the eternal father - loving, funny, and alway a source of advice and comfort. He will be greatly missed.
