Joe was an inspiration to those who met him. I worked with Joe at WCHD & upon reflection, realized that he taught me more through his words & great sense of humor & actions than anyone I have worked with. He didn´t suffer fools & it took getting to know him to realize that, because he was kind & polite to all. People listened to his words & more times than not followed his advice & direction. Dear Roche Family, I had the pleasure of teaching with Joe at Archbishop Carroll High School in Radnor , Pa in 1968 and 1969. He was one of the funniest people I ever met. I still laugh today remembering some of the hilarious things he said. Joe was always the life of every social gathering. His students loved him. I still see a lot of them today and they always ask me about him. They will be very sorry to hear of his passing. I´ll be sure to pass his obituary
