Joe was one of my first foremans when I started my career at WHSP over 20 years ago. He was a very caring man and will be truly missed. R.I.H. Joe Rock!

Joe, I was so saddened to hear of the passing of your father. It is never easy to lose a parent,especially your father. Keep his memories close to your heart and know he is watching over you always.

FiFi and JoJo - my heart goes out to you on your loss. I feel your pain as I still remember losing both my brothers not so very long ago. Joe was my favorite cousin and I have fond memories of him when we visited Masontown. I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with the family at Aunt Maggies 95th birthday.
