To the Family, So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He always had a smile whenever we saw him. Rest in peace Joe.

To the Family, My sincere condolences on Joe's passing. He was a classmate of my father (Anthony (Bibbens) Ruggiero Jr). My memories of Joe were he and my father reminiscing about the old days over a cup of coffee. He would visit my father regularly at Slate belt medical center. He always had a smile on his face and was happy to see you. I am sure He and my father are in a better place sipping coffee and continuing their conversations about the Old Days. May his soul rest in peace and you...

So sorry to hear about Joe´s passing. We have fond memories of times spent at Mary Bert´s over a cup of coffee. We will miss him.

Our condolences to his family. We will remember him as a wonderful resident of the West Bangor area. May God grant you peace.

Mrs. Ronca and Joseph, I´m so very sorry for your loss. West Bangor will not be the same without Joe. I´ll always remember him working in the yard, hanging Christmas lights that were perfectly measured, and walking over to talk to my Mom when they needed a break from the lawn work. We are never ready to say goodbye and there is never enough time with the ones we love. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. With Love, Christine
