Not sure what to say?

RIP Joe. Sad news today. Gone but not forgotten.

its been close to 40 years since i have seen the rowe family my sincere condolence on youre loss god bless

I had sometimes with you brother back in the day that I'll never forget. I'll see you at the creek someday.

I had some good times with joe back in the crazy days.

Joe Rowe, I'd heard the name, the reputation, and then I met the man. It did not fit the person who-Every time we met treated me special like I was more than I am."Joe missed David and was very proud of Carl" I've been Blessed to know a very special person Thank you Joe Rowe till we meet again!

One more happy message, Joe, David, James Gosen and I were playing ing the roof of Mattos. Joe decided to start jumping on the skylight above the bathroom and ended up following through. I don't remember how he got out but he was one tough guy to us younger kids!!! I grew up directly across from Mattos which was a curse because when trouble arised the principal was able to stand up and see my moms car in the driveway. Joe, David and I used to play in the ditch behind there Granville home....

I remember Joe from my childhood in Fremont. I sad to here of this news, but like you I believe we will meet again.

Dear Rowe Family,
I remember Joe as a very kind person and I'm so sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
David
