Berta and Dorothy I am so sorry and sad. Joe may not be here for you to see him but he keeps a watch over both of you always. He is now with family and loved ones he has missed all these years. Someday on the other side of the Rainbow he will be watching and waiting to see you again. Till then keep him in your prayers and in your heart, love you both. Give my love to Nancy for her loss.
