I am just learning of the loss of Joe Ruffin. What a full life he lived! I enjoyed getting to know him and had a great admiration and respect for him in his treatment of children and adolescents at St. Joseph's Children's home and St. Anthony's Hospital. I always said hello when I saw him around town at the various venues. How wonderful that he was able to enjoy all that OKC has to offer til the very end. Sincere thoughts and love to his family. Ellen Reeder

I shall always remember Joe Ruffin as a wonderful teacher. He so willingly volunteered his time and his expertise.
My condolences to the entire family.

We extend our thoughts and prayers to a wonderful family. Please accept our condolences.

Rest in peace Joe. Good man. Good father. Good husband. Good doctor. Good example for us all.

I worked with Dr. Ruffin at St. Anthony's many years ago. I liked and respected him very much both as a person and as a physician. I have missed seeing him and his wife at the plays at Stage Center. My condolences to his family. Larry Coffman, OKC
