Not sure what to say?

I was sent the video of Jack's today, and immediately I felt I had to Thank him and the Good Lord for the message Jack shared. After viewing his awesome video I sent an email. Then, I wanted to learn more about this courageous man and I searched the internet for him. Sadly I find that the world lost this inspirational soul just this last month. I automatically added his family to my nightly prayers and Thank God for His sharing Jack with all of us.

Mr. Rushton, I really appreciated everything you taught me. Academic team practices with you were some of my favorite times in grade school. You were such a great person, and I'm glad you chose to share yourself with all the 8th graders that were lucky enough to pass through your classroom. Thank you for being the best teacher I've ever had.

Judy,

Just found out about Jack today, Feb. 8, Jack was one of my favorite people to work with at middle school events, he will be missed by so many.

To the Rushton Family,
I wanted you to know that Mr. Rushton was my son's and his friends' favorite teacher at Challenger. Even now they still bring up things that they learned from his class. He was a wonderful man and a very knowledgeable teacher. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Aunt Judy,

Just wanted to let you know that I have been thinking about you, Nelson and Reese since dad called me to let me know the news. I hope y'all will have peace in the coming days and remember all the good times. Take care.

"Mr. Rushton, you were the best teacher I've ever had. Thank you."
