Not sure what to say?

We just received your letter and were shocked to hear of Joe's death. Joe was a "prince" of a fellow and we considered him a friend, rather than our insurance agent. We are sorry for your loss. He will be missed by many.

Got a letter in the mail today that shook me up ... We were out of the country traveling to see family and missed knowing the tragedy. Joe's help and assistance will be tremendously missed. Besides the business, we was my "rolodex". Whenever I needed something, rather than browsing the web, Joe was the guy to ask for assistance. Dear Cindy Russo and family,
I just wanted to offer my heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers to all of you.

May you find peace and comfort in knowing that Joe is with God, the angels and...

Cindy,
I'm so sorry I didn't find out about Joe in time to come and pay my respects in person. Joe was a wonderful person and I enjoyed working with him in the NHAA and will miss him. Our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Cindy and family, I was very saddened by the news of your husbands' death. There are no words to express how very sorry I am for your loss. I just heard the news today, and I am very sorry I could not express my condolence in person.

You and your family shall be in my prayers. Be strong, keep your faith and let the Lord be with you in your time of grief. Know that Joe is with his Lord and Savior and that you will be re-united again someday.

Oh my goodness!! I just learned about the passing of Joe about 2hours ago. My heart is so saddened to hear about his passing. Joe was an agent of mines since 2002, but more than an agent more like a friend, father like figure and all of the good things you could name about this man. He was the greatest! I spoke highly of my insurance agent, sent him many referals because I knew he would take care of people. Just 9 months ago Joe spoke with me and gave me comforting words in regards to...
