Loved seeing him and Joyce riding their bikes around the neighborhood and having my kids trick or treat at their house in Florida with all their decorations!!! Always enjoyed working with him in the ED and he was always quick to share a nugget of his experiences. So glad he and Joyce were able to get to MA to be closer to their kids and grandkids. I had the good fortune to work with Joe in Derry, when I was fire chief. he did more to advance the paramedic program than anyone. He was a great Doctor and teacher, highly respected by everyone in our dept. He was just a terrific human being. rest in Peace, you certainly earned it. Ron Stowers St Marys GA
