Read MoreI worked with Joe at DCNR. I'm going to miss him. We would talk occasionally on the phone after he retired. I especially liked the stories about his Father and Mother, how they liked big band music, singing and dancing. You could tell he really loved his family. He also liked to talk about plinking cans with his Smith &Wesson.
