I think of this guy at least once a week. We shared a lot as kids, then adults - our 1st Super Bowl in Pontiac, Michigan -what a great time of eating, cheering on the Niners Dan Buntz STOP at the goal line - the horrendous trip getting there via Cleveland - . Tail gates at the "Stick". Sharing laughs. In a way I owe him still.

Joe and I shared many "Niner" games with Alex our brother, a fabulous Super Bowl in Detroit, jokes, family tribulations and growing up in San Francisco, Mountain View and Sunnyvale. He was to me the most positive person in our family. Always willing to step and help. I miss him.

Joe, was funny and surprising with antics. We did a lot together later in our lives, from laughs, drinking a ton of beer, shooting pool; he was good, joke after joke and traveling to Pontiac to watch the 49'rs 1st Super Bowl win.
