Not sure what to say?

It is difficult to put into words what Joe and his friendship meant to me over the years. I met Joe and John on 9 mile island on the Allegheny river when I was 5 years old, over half century ago. Throughout our lives no matter the time and distance between communication or visits, we reconnected immediately. That deep connection was always there. How special that is. Joe's passing made my world emptier. I can only imagine the impact it had on your family. 15 years later I can still hear his...

My amazing nephew, you will forever be in my heart and memories. I know you look after us all and I look forward to adventures with you in our spirit lives.

Life is all about relationships. Relationships that last only a few minutes, like striking up a conversation with someone in the doctor's office. Relationships that last a few hours, like the photographer who took pictures of your wedding. Relationships that last for several months, like fun times with college roommates. And for our families, relationships that last a lifetime.

Joe was my undesignated roommate at Penn State. I remember him as a newly-placed tenant of Ewing Hall...

Rest in peace

Dear Mr and Mrs Sansone'
Frank told me about Joe's passing several years back.
I wanted to write and tell you that your family and Joe are in our prayers. God Bless
James J Wilding Jr.

What a tragedy to hear this. I was so unaware that Joe was gone. We were close friends in middle school and after high school we all went our separate ways. I can remember sleeping over his house as a middle schooler and watching Benny Hill with him. What a comic he was back in the day. I only wish I found out sooner so that I could have contacted his parents to offer my condolenscenes. Please accept my belated sympathy and know that Joe will be missed by all of the class of 1987. He...

I worked with Joe at the Tampa REC site many years ago and we became good friends especially after I found out we were both from Pittsburgh. So far from home, it was nice to have someone I could relate to. This is late condolences and I apologize. My prayers and thoughts are with the entire Sansone family. He was a special man who can't be ever forgotten. He will forever watch over his loved ones, please know this.

Dear Jack and Cookie; I guess the guest book is still open. I was absolutely in shock when Allan Patak showed me obituary last year. I was heading to Seven Springs when I got news and was devastated but managed to ski with the boys like at their Aunt Helens decades ago at Okemo, VT. You guys have always treated me just like a son for all those years. I want you all to know I will never forget that and Joey will always be in my heart. Sincerest belated condolences from the Rudocks; as in...

As a childhood friend of Joe, I often admired his unselfishness, honesty, and genuine kindness towards others. Joey was an amazing young man. It appears he was quite an amazing man as well.

Your family is in my prayers.
