My sincerest condolences to Joe’s wife and family.
I worked with Joe in the Postal Illustrator’s Office back in the late 1970s. I was the Illustrator’s Assistant when he first got the position and would kid that I taught him everything he knew. I can honestly say that because of Joe I really enjoyed going to work everyday.
Joe was a unique guy. He loved to dream up hypothetical situations that bordered on the ridiculous and we would laugh uncontrollably. Joe was like a one man...

Dear Dad and Mom Scamardella,
