Not sure what to say?

To Scattergoods,
I just recently heard about Joe and I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Joe and I went through St. Pete's and West together and always had a blast. Joe was always one of the "good" ones. He could be a little "devil" sometimes but he was always a good fun guy. He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to the Scattergood family. May God's protection and love reign o'er Joey and the entire family.

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name' sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: For thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies;

Dear Scattergood family,
I am deeply saddenened by Joey's passing; I, too, remember the wonderful network of "Elkins/Ramble Road" friends. Joey always had a warm smile, and seemed to enjoy our times goofing off together.
I would also like to speak for my dear friend, Ce Perricone who told me of Joey's untimely passing. We are still quite close, and I know she is also quite saddened.
We will enjoy our memories of Joey and the Scattergood family for years to come.
Deepest...

Dear Mr. and Mrs Scattergood, Don, Paul and Joan,
I just heard of Joey's passing yesterday. I am so deeply sorry about your loss. I still remember playing in the neighborhood like it was yesterday. I'm sure Joey will be deeply missed. My sincerest condolences to all.
Fondly, Dorann Bottalico Longmore

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Dear Mr & Mrs, Don, Paul & Joan,

Toby and I were deeply saddened to hear about Joey. Our hearts go out to all of you.

I remember so clearly all of us kids growing up on Ramble Road, riding our bikes, playing baseball or football, and always looking forward to the newest and coolest Firebird or GTO to show up in your driveway. It was a special time and place where so many kids got along so well. It all seems like it was just yesterday.

Joey was always right...

I only knew Joe for a few short months having been a member at our local gym where he joined recently but he was always a friendly and interesting person. We chatted quite a bit on a variety of topics and he seemed to be a real quality guy. What a shocking loss. My deepest condolences to Joe's family and friends.
