Not sure what to say?

On behalf of the St Mary Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae please accept our sympathy and prayers. Dr Scerbo was always respectful of the nurses and their input into patient care. It was our honor to have worked with him. Plus he loved the Yankees, I think he met Yogi at the gate to heaven.

Dot, so sorry for your loss. Jeanette and Hank Lipp

Iam so sorry for your loss.

To Dot and the entire familyI am so sorry for this awful loss I can't imagine the pain and grief you are going through at this time.Reading Joes obit in the paper opened my eyes to what a wonderful giving caring man he was you should be honored and proud.Iove to all and Iam praying for you.

My heart aches for I have lost a big part of my heart!!!!I started working for you at the age of 17 and I am still caring for your patients along side Dr. Kozel. I am so blessed to have known such a wonderful and loving man. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to join in your family. You are so loved by your devoted wife Dorothy. Look down on us all and give us the strength to carry on. I will carry you with me always in my heart.

I Love You, Olimpia

It was an honor and pleasure to get to know Dr. Joseph Scerbo and his wife Dot. Joe always made himself available for advice or information about an illness or medical need that involved my family or me. He worked long and hard in his chosen profession and proved himself to be a most knowledgeable doctor who willingly shared his expertise with anyone in the medical profession to help them learn and grow.

He will be sadly missed by my husband, my family and me. We all extend...

My Mother, Adeline Alessi, now age 92, was a patient of Dr. Scerbo for many years and was sad to learn of his retirement. She said he was a great dr.

May God Bless Dr Scerbo... and his family... he saved my Mom's life... with one question... after a half dozen Doctors had no clue... "Do you have birds?"... what a special man...
