Not sure what to say?

I was shocked and sad to hear that Joe passed away.I worked with him at Carlisle Barracks and enjoyed talking with him about his grandchildren. He would show me any new pictures he had of them.I want to express my deepest sympathy to his family and know that Joe is at peace.Take care of each other in this time of need.

To Joe's family, I send my deepest sympathy. I knew Joe and worked with him at the War College. He was one of a kind and my friend. He would always lend a helping hand when I needed anything. I remember him coming in and showing me his new "butterflies". I will miss him even though I haven't talked to him in a couple years. He is free now and is riding his bike through the clouds. I just wish he didn't have to leave so soon.

Thinking of you,
