Read MoreI just went to make an appt with Dr. Joe and can't believe that he has passed. He took care of my mom's back for years and my knees since high school. He was always my first referrel to anyone that needed an orthapedic.
He was a great doctor but what I loved about him most is that he was very direct! We lost a good one.
My deepest sympathy to his family.

Just heard about Joe's passing from a friend in Columbus. He called me every few months to talk about orthopaedics and life. He was very good to me and my family during our time in Columbus and he will definitely leave a void in our lives as well as so many others. Our condolences go to Kathy, Michael, and Alison.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT DR.JOE DIED IN SEPTEMBER.I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT.HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND CUSTOMER FOR YEARS.WE WENT BACK TO MY MCDORMAN DAYS BEFORE I EVEN HAD A BUSINESS.HE WILL BE MISSED BADLY.BEST WISHES GO OUT TO THE KIDS & HIS FRIENDS.I HOPE HE FINDS FRAN SO THEY CAN BE TOGETHER AGAIN.

Dr Joe put my brother back together after a car wreck in 1988 and I made a lot of trips to his office and it was always a good trip. One of the nicest guys I ever knew. Prayers to the family. RIP

I am deeply saddened by Dr. Schlonsky's passing. He was always kind and helpful with medical information. I will miss him. My prayers are with his family.

I just found out about Dr. Schlonsky today,I was very hurt to here about him leaving us. I knew you for a short time, but you were the kindest man I have known in a long time. You made me feel like you cared about how I was feeling. I will miss you and I will never forget the kindness you showed me. I thank God for allowing me to know you. I just found out today that you passed away Joe. We have been friend and Dr.,patient for almost forty years. Our birthdays were the same date and I loved you for the great man your were and my friend.
