Joseph Alphonse Schmitz

I was sorry to learn of Joe's passing. I got to know him through a caregiver support group that I facilitate. He was so devoted to his wife and looked after her every need. I remember when he got a crockpot and everyone in the group shared their favorite recipes with him. I have no doubt that his strong Christian faith and the support of his family helped him get through those difficult days. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know such a wonderful person. May he rest in eternal peace....

I am sorry for your loss. Your brother, dad and grandfather used to do my taxes for a number of years. Our paths also crossed when he worked at Saint Louis University. He will be missed. We can always fall back on the wonderful memories.
