My family and I only got the pleasure of knowing Joe for a short while. But really you only needed 2 minutes with him to know that angels aren't only in heaven. Joe was sent here for a reason and I am sure everyone will agree that he did just that. He was always laughing, joking, teaching, encouraging, smiling, loving and full of life. I am sad you had to leave us so soon Joe. We will all miss you very much

I wake up every morning hoping this was all a horrible dream! Then I try to remember just how lucky my family was to ever have known you. You are my chosen family and I am going to miss you SO MUCH! Thank you for all the love, laughter, awesome cooking, singing and friendship. See you on the other side, meanwhile I will "drink a beer" for you every Saturday with the rest of our chosen family!
