To the Scruggs family. I know it been over a month that Joe been gone from this earth but I have a few words to say about my Cozy Café buddy. We had so many good times. We all belonged to the birthday club and we shared a lot of birthdays together. It was Joe's smile that was his greatest attribute. His smile could change the way a person would think.
