My condolences and prayers to Joes' family and friends. Joe was a great man, who like Will Rogers, never met a person he did not like. A long time friend of myself and my family. I will miss him dearly, and the visits and chats we had in the legion whenever I got to Oriskany Falls and made my stop at the legion. May Joe rest in peace.
