July 9, 1954 - Sept. 7, 2011 Joseph A. Serrant Joseph Alphonso Serrant of Huntsville passed away Wednesday. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Royal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sept. 24 in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, with interment in Smith Bay Cemetery.
